Jessica Simpson appears to have confirmed reports that she is expecting her second child with her fiancé Eric Johnson.
The popstar and fashion designer took to Twitter on Christmas day to confirm the news by posting a picture of her daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson who was sitting on a sand drawing that reads 'Big Sis'.
Accompanying the picture Jessica wrote: "Merry Christmas from my family to yours."

The couple welcomed Maxwell in May of this year whose impending arrival Jessica had also announced on Twitter by posting a picture of herself dressed as a mummy for a Halloween party.
