The 24th annual Producers Guild of America Awards took place last night (January 26th) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
Ben Affleck's Argo continued its success from the Golden Globes - where it picked up Best Motion Picture Drama and Best Director - by taking home the top prize of the night.
Affleck shared The Darryl F Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures with fellow producers George Clooney and Grant Heslov.
The win increases the likelihood that the film will pick up the Best Picture Oscar, since the last five PGA winners have also gone on to take home the coveted Academy Award.
Elsewhere at the awards, Showtime's Homeland won the best drama prize, while Modern Family was named best comedy series.
JJ Abrams collected a lifetime achievement award, Harvey and Bob Weinstein were given a milestone award and Russell Simmons took home The Visionary Award for Work of Uplifting Quality or Vision.
