Coronation Street actress Helen Worth, who plays Gail McIntyre, has married her fiancé, music teacher, Trevor Dawson.
The couple tied the knot in a ceremony at St. James' Church in Piccadilly, central London, yesterday.
Worth wore an elegant silver dress, with lace sleeves and shoulders with a floral appliqué, complete with a modest train.
This is the second marriage for the 62-year-old actress, who has also been married fictionally five times on screen.
The happy couple were surrounded by Worth's long-term co-stars from the Manchester-based soap. Sue Nicholls, who plays Worth's on-screen mother, Audrey, on the show was in attendance as was Jack P. Shepherd, who plays her on-screen son David.
Corrie fans, who had gathered outside the church, were thrilled to see Michelle Collins (Stella), Alan Halsall (Tyrone), Sally Dynevor (Sally), Jane Danson (Leanne), Barbara Knox (Rita), and Jennie McAlpine (Fiz) as they made their way into the nuptials.
Shobna Gulati, who played the recently deceased Sunita on the soap, was also there to support her former co-star.
Samia Ghadie (Maria) attended the wedding and made it her first public appearance with her new partner, Sylvain Longchambon, whom she met while competing on Dancing On Ice.
