Love is in the air in Albert Square next month, as two EastEnders characters finally get around to what has been on the cards for so long.

With the chemistry between the two undeniable, Carol (Lindsey Coulson) asks Masood (Nitin Ganatra) out for a drink in the Queen Vic.
However, when they arrive they realise they have become the subject of gossip and decide to go somewhere quieter.
At the end of the evening they arrange another date and part with a kiss.
The episode will air on BBC One and RTÉ One on Friday May 3.
