Crime-drama series Love/Hate has received two nominations at The Festival de Television de Monte-Carlo for Best International Drama TV Series and Best European Drama TV Series.
The team at Love/Hate better clear another spot on their mantelpiece as it has been announced they have received two nominations from the prestigious television festival - this comes hot on the heels of its nomination for an Irish Playwright and Screenwriters Guild Awards earlier this week.
Speaking about the nomination Jane Gogan, Commissioning Editor for RTÉ Drama said: "The nominations for Love/Hate at the Festival de Television de Monte-Carlo is a very exciting development. Just to be nominated is an honour itself. It's a great tribute to the hard work and dedication of the team."
Love/Hate producer Suzanne McAuley added: "We are absolutely delighted with the news. To produce a show that's receiving international recognition and critical acclaim is just fantastic. It's a testament to our talented team - both in-front of and behind the camera.
"The Monte Carlo Television Awards will open a gateway into Europe for us, giving Love/Hate a new platform and the possibility of gaining new audiences. I'm really looking forward to the evening."
The Festival takes place between June 9th - 14th.
