Mrs Brown's Boys creator and star Brendan O'Carroll has signed a publishing deal with Penguin International to bring the matriarch's parenting advice to the bookshelves.
The Irish Independent reports that the first book in the planned series, Mrs Brown's Family Handbook, will be "a large-format, illustrated hardback".
The book will be released in time for the Christmas market.
While O'Carroll was unavailable for comment on the deal, Mrs Brown said: "I'm delighted to be doing this. I'm mad into books meself. In fact, I've two at home that aren't even coloured in yet."
