RTÉ's The Hit looking for songwriters

RTÉ's talent show, The Hit, is returning and is looking for songwriters.

The show was successfully piloted on RTÉ Two last year and now the show's producers, Vision Independent Productions, are on the hunt for more great new songs and songwriters.

Each show will have two different artists competing to find their next hit. The show is due return to screens this summer so the producers are looking for new songs now!

Interested songwriters should complete the questionnaire and send it - together with a copy of the song lyrics - to thehit@vipmg.tv along with an mp3 or mp4 recording of your song (or link to where the song can be streamed/downloaded) before the closing date of May 17th 2013.
