Voted the 'World's Sexiest Chef' by the New York Times, Jean-Christophe Novelli will be talking about his love of French food and Irish women.
Sky Sports News anchor Rachel Wyse will talk about being a judge for Ladies' Day at the Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show, while Kerryman Don O'Neill will discuss dressing everyone from Oprah to Taylor Swift.
Music on the night will come from The Carnival Brothers, who will sing their summer anthem The Sun is Gonna Shine, while the 'Irish Billy Elliot', teenager Gearóid Solan, will be showing off his footwork.
