TMZ states that the couple, who got married last summer, spent $872,500 on the 1,800-square-foot house in West Hollywood.

The property is said to have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool and a spa.

O'Dowd's Hollywood career has taken off in recent years, with the Roscommon actor appearing in the likes of Bridesmaids andThis is 40.

He also had a role in the HBO comedy Girls and currently stars in US sitcom Family Tree, which has yet to cross the Atlantic.
