According to E! Dmitri Dmitrov works at one of Hollywood's hottest restaurants, the Sunset Tower Hotel's Tower Bar in West Hollywood. In the film he'll be playing a maître d' - so it shouldn't be that much of a stretch.

The 44-year-old actress apparently wanted Dmitrov and only Dmitrov for the role, so she had him flown out to New York for three days of filming.

Dmitrov isn't an unknown picked out of obscurity. For almost eight years he has been at Tower Bar, which boasts regular such as Anderson Cooper, Sean Penn, Johnny Depp and Aniston.

He is known for his charm as well as a tight-lipped loyalty to Hollywood's rich and famous, traits that Aniston admires.

"He creates this little pocket of safety," she told The New York Times, "a haven where you know you're not getting sold out by the waiter, a patron or the valet guy."

Dmitrov told the Times: "I am student of these people. I am deep in their achievements because, at the end of the day, it's not about me."

Squirrels to the Nuts features Aniston, Owen Wilson and Olivia Wilde, and tells the story of a married Broadway director who falls for a prostitute-turned-actress and decides to help her launch her career. It's due for release in 2014.
