Wildlife biologist Liz Bonnin is joining adventurer Ben Fogle and agricultural expert Paul Heiney as a presenter on ITV's Countrywise.

Wildlife biologist Liz Bonnin is joining adventurer Ben Fogle and agricultural expert Paul Heiney as a presenter on ITV's Countrywise.

The series, which returns to ITV next month, explores "the best of Britain's coast and country".

Commenting on her new role, Bonnin said: "I'm excited to be joining Paul and Ben on Countrywise. As we explore and showcase the British countryside, my job is to investigate the country's most pressing wildlife and conservation issues, and find out how science is tackling them. I can't wait to get started."
