Kanye West has been charged with allegedly attacking a photographer.
The singer was filmed reportedly fighting with Daniel Ramos, a paparazzi photographer, in July and has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft.
Each charge would result in a maximum of 6 months in jail each if convicted.
West will be arraigned on October 10th according to TMZ.
