Ouch! Miley Cyrus has given Liam Hemsworth's clothes to a charity shop in the wake of her recent split from the Australian hunk.

And although a removal van was spotted at her Los Angeles mansion clearing out her ex-fiance's belongings, some items of clothing remained - but not any longer.

A source told the Mail Online: "Miley wanted everything gone, so she sent Liam's clothes off to a local charity store that benefits people with HIV and AIDS.

"I hope that Liam doesn't need any of that stuff because Miley never asked him if he wanted it before it got packed up."

The source added: "Although she said she wanted to break up with him a long time ago, she is really hurt and heartbroken, which is understandable. She wants every remnant of him out of her life."
