Mrs Brown's Boys creator and star Brendan O'Carroll is to delve into his family history on the BBC's Who Do You Think You Are?.
The Irish Independent reports that O'Carroll will film the episode in Ireland next month, but it will not air until mid-2014.
O'Carroll told the paper: "They spent three months research[ing] the family history to see if there are any interesting stories, so there must be a few in mine."
He added: "Obviously, it's all kept a surprise, so I don't know what's going to unfold. But I'm looking forward to it; it'll be an interesting experience."
