Beyoncé has been crowned the Most Searched Celebrity of 2013, beating off competition from Rihanna and Kim Kardashian.
The 32-year-old claimed the top spot from the 2012 winner, reality TV star Kim Kardashian, who came in second place this year according to search engine Bing.
Beyoncé returned to the spotlight in 2013 after becoming a mum for the first time. She began the year by singing the US national anthem at Barack Obama's inauguration in January for his second term as US President.
She also performed at one of the world's most-watched events, the Super Bowl Halftime Show, which also included a brief Destiny's Child reunion.
Since then she has been trotting around the globe with The Mrs Carter Show World Tour, which ends on December 22.
Despite being known for her privacy, Beyoncé also starred in her own HBO documentary, Life Is But A Dream, which was released in February.
Kim Kardashian came in at second place. This year she gave birth to her first child, North West, with beau Kanye West, who asked for her hand in marriage in one of the most elaborate proposals ever.
Women dominated this year's list as pop-singers Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Madonna all finished in the top five. Only two male celebrities featured in the top ten, Justin Bieber finished in sixth position and President Barack Obama landed in the tenth position.
