Will Smith wows Rory McIlroy in Dubai

Irish golfing hero Rory McIlroy was left star struck after he bumped into Hollywood star Will Smith on a golf course in Dubai.

According to the Irish Independent, Smith was out testing his golf swing yesterday while on holiday in Dubai with his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, when he met McIlroy who is working on his game in the Emirates in the run-up to another year of tournaments.

McIlroy chatted with the A-lister before getting a snap. "Met the fresh prince aka Will Smith today at the golf course," McIlroy told his 1.8 million followers on Twitter. "Great guy and a good golf swing!"

24-year-old Rory announced his engagement to tennis ace Caroline Wozniacki last week.
