Ryan Tubridy launched the new memoir, Dear Ross, for his RTÉ colleague and friend Evelyn O'Rourke in Dublin last night.
You may have seen the Radio 1 reporter on The Late Late Show talking about her new battle with cancer whilst pregnant and if you missed it, you can catch up on the RTÉ player.
Last night Tubridy said that it was an honour to launch the book in Easons in Dublin's Stephen's Green Shopping Centre for his friend and former room-mate - the two shared a flat once upon a time in Cork.
Describing the public reaction to her story, O'Rourke said that she is in shock as it has been over whelming but lovely.
Thanking her husband, RTÉ TV producer John McMahon, for his support she joked that the book could have been called Dear John but that this title would different connotations!
Dear Ross by Hachette Books is available in book stores from today.
