A spokesman for residents in the Croke Park area has said the threat of legal action against the Garth Brooks concerts going ahead has not been ruled out following Friday's mediation report by Kieran Mulvey.
The report suggested €500,000 be paid to local communities and that in the future a maximum of nine concerts at the Dublin venue over three years, averaging three per year, be staged.
Eamon O'Brien of the Croke Park Streets Committee described the report as "extremely disappointing" and said it did not address the big issues.
A public meeting is due to take place next Tuesday evening to discuss the issue with the wider community.
