New Girl star Zooey Deschanel has signed a new record deal with Columbia Records.
She & Him, the duo she formed with singer/songwriter M. Ward, will release their next album later this year on the Sony label, according to Billboard.
Deschanel and Ward released four albums under their deal with former label Merge Records since 2008.
