Brooks ticket refunds from July 15

Ticketmaster has announced that refunds on tickets purchased from it for Garth Brooks' Croke Park concerts will be available from Tuesday July 15.

For mobile, phone and online purchases, no action is required by ticket purchasers as "a full refund including service charges will automatically be returned to the card used to make the purchase".

These purchasers are asked to allow seven to 10 working days for refunds to reach their accounts.

For tickets purchased in person through Ticketmaster ticket centres, refund forms will be available at the centre where tickets were purchased from Tuesday July 15.

"A full refund including service charges will be processed by bank transfer within 21 days of receiving the form and tickets," says Ticketmaster of in-person purchases.
