He's best known as Wayne, the young thug who offed a cat in the opening episode of Love/Hate series four, but now Dublin actor Barry Keoghan has landed a role opposite Rachel Griffiths of Six Foot Under fame.
The 21-year-old Dubliner tweeted his news last night: "Finally announce I've been cast in leading role with the brilliant Rachel Griffiths in a film called 'MAMMAL' directed by Rebecca Daly."
Koeghan has recently starred opposite Michael Fassbender and Brendan Glesson in crime drama Trespass Against Us and new Irish movies Traders and Stalkers with fellow Love/Hate star Killian Scott and John Connors.
