On The Sunday Game Live (1.30pm RTÉ Two) Dublin face Meath in the Leinster Senior Football Final in Croke Park (throw-in 2.00pm), followed by Donegal v Monaghan in the Ulster Senior Football Final from Clones, throw-in, 4.00pm.

Michael Lyster presents a live double header of Football provincial finals. First up Dublin face Meath in the Leinster Senior Football Final in Croke Park  (throw-in 2.00pm), followed by Donegal v Monaghan in the Ulster Senior Football Final from Clones, throw-in, 4.00pm. In The Sunday Game (9.30pm, RTÉ Two) Des Cahill and guests take a look back at the weekend's Championship action including today's Leinster and Ulster Football Finals.

Now that Ireland's Ocean has concluded, there's another chance to see this beautiful two-parter, originally presented last summer by Colin Stafford-Johnson. Camping on its banks, wandering its islands and paddling its many tributaries in his canoe, over the two years of production, Colin journeyed the length of the river dozens of times to bring to Irish viewers this remarkable portrait. He follows the river from dawn to dusk through four seasons, and explores the waterways, islands and lakes that make up the entire river system and focuses on some of the river's more unusual inhabitants.

Seven Wonders of the Commonwealth

9.10pm BBC One

 Clare Balding, Dan Snow, Denise Lewis, Anita Rani and Reggie Yates travel the globe uncovering the natural wonders of seven Commonwealth countries. In New Zealand, Snow kayaks alongside bottlenose dolphins. He visits the world's largest mangrove forest in Bangladesh where he meets the 'the honey hunters'  whose hives are guarded by the man-eating Royal Bengal Tigers. Anita Rani visits the oldest, driest desert on earth, the Namib in Africa, where temperatures can reach 50°C. Reggie Yates journeys to the largest uninhabited island in the Solomons, surrounded by pristine coral reefs.  Denise Lewis experiences the most spectacular waterfall on earth, the Victoria Falls on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe, twice the size of the Niagara falls.Clare Balding (pictured) visits Fingal's Cave of Staffa in Scotland.
