Kanye West has claimed that he is "the smartest celebrity" in a recent deposition.
According to TMZ, the quotes appear in a transcript from the rapper's sworn testimony in a recent case brought against him by a photographer.
In July 2013, the rapper was filmed attacking paparazzi Daniel Ramos and got sentenced to two years probation in addition to 250 hours of community service.
The quotes that have appeared online allegedly detail West's conversation with Ramos's lawyer Nate Goldberg.
"I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever f***ing dealt with," he's quoted. "I'm not Britney Spears.
"I'm in the business of trying to make dope s*** for the world. You're in the business of representing scums (sic) and trying to make as much money as long as there's this lapse in the law."
