RTÉ 2fm has teamed up with Omniplex to organise fundraising screenings of Good Will Hunting in 22 cinemas across Ireland next week.

The cinema chain will host screenings of the 1997 movie which revealed another side to the late Robin Williams at 6.30pm on Tuesday, August 26 in 22 outlets across Ireland.

All funds raised at the box office will go to Pieta House, which helps people with depression in the Republic, while funds in Northern Ireland will go to Pips Programmes.

You can reserve a seat to these special screenings by making a donation of €10.00 in the Republic or £7.00 in Northern Ireland, through Omniplex.ie.

The initiative came from 2fm presenter Paddy McKenna and he said: "Just one glance across social media will tell you how much Robin Williams meant to so many Irish people. There's no better way to remember his amazing talent than to screen what is his probably his finest hour - Good Will Hunting."

In the Oscar-leaden Good Will Hunting, Williams plays a psychologist who reaches out to Will Hunting (Matt Damon in his breakthrough role), a janitor at M.I.T. with an extraordinary gift for mathematics but a deeply troubled personal life.
