2fm's Jenny Greene has taken on Nicky Byrne's ice bucket challenge to raise awareness of Motor Neuron Disease. Watch Jenny get a right soaking here!

The presenter was nominated by her 2fm co-host and former Westlifer at the weekend.

Jenny has now nominated broadcaster Joe Duffy, newsreader Sharon Ní Bheolain, presenter Maia Dunphy and Ryanair boss Michael O'Leary to take on the challenge.

Maia Dunphy responded to the request on twitter, posting: "@nbshow2fm @djjennygreene @NickyByrne @Ryanair @talktojoe1850 OH NO!!! You're dead to me Greene!! Guess I have to now..... ;)"

She added: "@RTE2fm @djjennygreene @talktojoe1850 Is the deal people donate to MND if I do? Will do it in @RTE2fm after @Tubridy2FM on Thurs so!! ;)"

The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) is inviting everyone to undertake the #icebucketchallenge to support their work in providing support to people here with MND.

If you prefer to donate, text MND to donate €2 to 50300 (100% of the text goes to IMNDA, some providers may apply VAT).
