Jennifer Aniston has admitted she thinks Angelina Jolie did a "gorgeous job" directing Unbroken and insists there is no rivalry between them.
The Cake actress has insisted there is no ''petty kind of silliness'' between her and the 39-year-old actress, who is married to her ex-husband Brad Pitt. In fact, she claims she is a huge fan of Jolie's recent World War II drama, Unbroken, which is about real-life former Olympian and prisoner of war Louis Zamperini.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight the 45-year-old star said: ''I mean, that movie is so beautiful and wonderful, and she did such a gorgeous job.''
She added: ''I think it's time people stop with that petty B.S. and just start celebrating great work and stop with the petty kind of silliness.''
When asked about their rumoured rivalry she said: ''I think that's slowly coming to an end. I really do.
''It's just tiresome and old. It's like an old leather shoe. Let's buy a new pair of shiny shoes.''
