After seven weeks of hard work, the Operation Transformation leaders faced one of their toughest challenges earlier today with a 5k run in both Dublin and Cork. Check out the pictures from the Phoenix Park in Dublin.

After seven weeks of hard work the Operation Transformation leaders and their followers, took part in a 5K run in the Phoenix Park, Dublin and Blarney Castle, Cork.

This was the final challenge for Alan Mullen, Veronica Horgan, Eilish Kavanagh, Louise Ormsby and Mark McArdle, after weeks of intensive changes to their lifestyles, diets and exercise. Emotions ran high as the leaders and 8,000 of their followers aimed to cross the finish line.
