Madonna has topped Forbes magazine's rich list after raking in cash from touring, her clothing and fragrance line and investments.
The once and forever Material Girl took an estimated $125m (€93m) in the past year. The 55-year-old made most of her moolah from her $305m-grossing MDNA tour which visited Dublin last summer.
Steven Spielberg came in second on the list with earnings of $100m in the year ended June 2013.
Madonna-a-like Lady Gaga made No 10 on the countdown with earnings of $80m mostly from her Born This Way Ball world tour.
Expensive handbag collector Oprah Winfrey took in $165m last year but this year she fell to No 13 on the list with earnings of $77m.
At number three, with earnings of $95m in the past year, there was a three-way tie between 50 Shades of Grey author EL James, radio shock jock Howard Stern and music and television producer Simon Cowell.
Others in the top 10 earners include TV host Glenn Beck, director Michael Bay of the Transformers franchise and thriller novelist James Patterson, who Forbes said was now the best-selling author of all time.
