Legendary author JP Donleavy for The Works

Author JP Donleavy is a special guest on this week's edition of The Works.

He talks to John Kelly about his classic novel The Ginger Man, sixty years after it was first published in Paris.

Also on the show are actors Peter Campion and Michael Ford-Fitzgerald and director Andrew Flynn, on national tour with Martin McDonagh's black comedy The Pillowman.

Festival director Gráinne Humphreys selects highlights from the 2015 Jameson Dublin International Film Festival, including guest appearances by Alan Rickman, Kim Cattrall and Russell Crowe.

And Eithne Shortall meets electro-pop Londoners Jungle, nominated for the 2014 Mercury Music Prize for their self-titled debut album.
