Donal Skehan will be back with the Kitchen Hero Christmas Special on Christmas Eve at 8:15pm on RTÉ One.
In the Christmas Special, Skehan visits Austria to "get inspiration for some sweet Christmas treats", with a Schnapps distillery, the ski slopes and a Christmas market among his stop-offs.
He makes Apple Strudel Cake, Rocky Road and Hot Chocolate along the way.
