Mrs Brown gets in the Christmas spirit

This year's two-part Mrs Brown's Boys Christmas Special begins on RTÉ One on Christmas Eve at 9:40pm, and continues on Christmas Day at 9:45pm.

In Part One, Mammy Christmas, on Christmas Eve, Agnes decides to take matters into her own hands when the annual nativity play is cancelled.

In Part Two, The Virgin Mammy, on Christmas Day, Agnes is given permission to stage her own nativity play - but will she be allowed to play The Virgin Mary?

After the Christmas Special, the third series of Mrs Brown's Boys begins on RTÉ One on Saturday December 29, with RTÉ presenters Joe Duffy and Derek Mooney among those who have guest starring roles in the third season.
