X Factor host Dermot O'Leary and judge Nicole Scherzinger stop by the Rovers Return ahead of tonight's final.

While the contestants and production team are busy perfecting their performances and the stage for tonight's final, Dermot O'Leary and Nicole Scherzinger decided to take a break and headed to the famous Weatherfield pub.

Visiting the set of Coronation Street, the pair got behind the bar at the Rovers Return and pulled their own pints.

With Dermot looking dapper in his tux and Nicole looking glam, despite the festive jumper, the X Factor pair a far cry from the usual punters that prop up the soap bar.

Tweeting about their impromptu visit, Nicole said: "Oh just another day at the office..."
