Baby red pandas born at Dublin Zoo

Mum and dad Angelina and Chota and the staff at Dublin Zoo are celebrating the birth of red panda twins.

The twins, one male and one female, were born on July 14 at the Zoo and weighed approximately 150g.

Dublin Zoo Team Leader Eddie O'Brien said: "Red pandas are endangered in the wild so we are over the moon that this is the third litter born to Angelina and Chota at Dublin Zoo.

"The cubs are both doing very well and getting more adventurous and confident."
