Selena Gomez has reportedly cancelled Australia and Asia tour dates as she is suffering from the autoimmune disease Lupus.
The Come And Get It singer said initially that she was cancelling the tour to focus on herself as she has been putting work first for so long. Now a source has told Popdust that the star was diagnosed with Lupus a couple of years ago.
"Selena has been going full throttle the past few years and her Lupus is really catching up with her right now. She knows that she needs to take some time to address the disease and look after herself better if she wants to live a full and healthy life."
Common effects of Lupus include swelling, fatigue, headaches and joint pain.
