Karl is worried about Eilish on OT

Karl Henry is worried about Eilish on Operation Transformation after the leader lost 5lbs this week.

This is an amazing weight loss, especially for this stage of the programme, but Karl is concerned that Eilish may have overdone it and is disappointed she didn't heed his advice.

He's worried about her tendons and thinks she may not be able to take part in the 5k run on February 21.
