US network NBC has decided not to commission a second season of its series Dracula, which starred Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Victoria Smurfit.
Entertainment Weekly reports that the network has renewed serial killer thriller Hannibal for a third season, with supernatural detective series Constantine receiving the go-ahead for a debut series.
Industry speculation, Entertainment Weekly says, had Dracula, Hannibal and Constantine vying for slots in the schedule.
