RTÉ crime drama Love/Hate, acclaimed Irish film Patrick's Day, and BBC series Sherlock are among the nominations for this year's Celtic Media Festival.
The annual festival honours productions on screen and in broadcasting across the Celtic nations and regions.
118 nominees and 78 production companies and broadcasters will compete across 20 award categories for the prestigious Torc Awards for Excellence in categories ranging across animation, entertainment, sport, factual and feature length drama.
Among the other Irish nominees are gritty TG4 drama Corp + Anam, which won the Spirit of the Festival award at Celtic Media Festival 2012. It's nominated alongside Love/Hate and Sherlock in the Drama Series category.
The winners will be revealed at the Festival in Inverness, over April 22 to 24.
BBC NI/RTE production The Disappeared is nominated in the Currents Affairs category, in Entertainment, Guth na nGael is in competition for an award and RTÉ's The Notorious is a contender in Factual Entertainment.
Ireland also figures prominently in the Radio Music Programme category with four nominations including BBC NI's Blas Ceoil - Fleadh an Bhréantair, The Rolling Wave on RTÉ Lyric FM and RTÉ Radio 1's Whiskey in the Jar - The Eric Bell Story.
