Kim Kardashian has revealed that having her style criticised while she was pregnant was hard to take.
The reality star gave birth to baby North in June and has told Vogue how difficult she found having her fashion choices under scrutiny.
She said, "For me, having people criticise what I wore and looked like when I was pregnant – that was hard. It made me feel insecure so I have tried to avoid the limelight more.
"Once you start focusing on the other stuff, the fragrances and our fashion line, you stop worrying about the rest. The biggest misconception about my family is that we're lazy.
"I work hard; the show is a full-time job. Sometimes I don't think people realize that we work 7am until 7pm on the programme. We do so much, we work on the show, on fragrances, on our fashion line – there's a lot."
She added, "Also, people have this idea that my mum [Kris Jenner] controls us all and will book her kids to o anything if it makes money. I am in my 30s – my mum can't tell me what to do."
